Remember in the last post when I said we had “a HUGE week” coming up? That was no joke! Our brewing equipment arrived! We hired a rigging company to unload everything and rough place it on the tank pad. The team from Criveller Group spent the next two days placing, leveling, and hooking everything up. We ran a water test and all went well.
Next steps: finish up electrical, water and steam piping, and our glycol system. Then brew some beer!!!
