Earlier in the week a special delivery arrived at Hapa’s Brewing Company: a brand new 15 barrel fermenter! After some dicey maneuvering with a forklift we managed to unload the tank and set it in its rightful place on the brew pad. This tank is already hooked up and ready for beer!
