In a classic David vs. Goliath battle, Exit 6 Pub and Brewery recently found itself pitted against the mighty Starbucks Empire. Starbucks’ diligent legal team discovered that Exit 6 had named one of their beers “Frappicino” – far too similar to the popular frozen coffee drink to escape the ire of the Empire. A cease and desist letter soon followed and the brewery’s response is a thing of legend.
