We’ve all been there: watching our favorite D-list actor in a low budget independent film streaming on Netflix because that’s the best movie we could find. Despite our best efforts we’re now engrossed in the sheer atrociousness of the production; like a car wreck, wrapped in a fail video, wrapped in a puppy video, we can’t take our eyes off it. At the height of the action, the screen inevitably cuts to black because your “internet connection has slowed.” You snap out of the trance-like state you were in and curse your wireless router. Finally, the movie returns, but it’s never quite the same.
