It’s well known that the Carolinas are a Mecca for barbecue lovers.  Here, pork is king and there is only one way to enjoy pulled pork: with an ample dousing of vinegar based sauce.  In sticking to that tradition, Hapa’s Brewing was sure to make its own sauce for last weekend’s pulled pork feast.  The sauce recipe called for cider vinegar, salt, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, and and ample amount of freshly ground black pepper.  The tartness of the sauce compliments the smokey savoriness of the pork to perfection!
