Last week was a huge week for Hapa’s Brewing! One that we will remember forever as the week we brewed our first beer. There were a lot of moving parts and work to be done but everything came together and we brewed a blonde ale on Wednesday and an IPA on Thursday. Fermentation has been strong which means we’ll have beer soon!
